Thomas H. Schaefer

Thomas Schaefer is a shareholder with Erstad & Riemer, P.A. He handles liability defense and subrogation matters. He was admitted to the bar in 1992 and practices before Minnesota State and Federal Courts.

Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Mr. Schaefer obtained his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1992. He has extensive experience in the defense of automobile claims, including no-fault, uninsured and underinsured coverage. He frequently authors law updates to keep our clients advised of appellate court activity in automobile law. He handles cases in arbitration, and at the district and appellate court levels.

Mr. Schaefer joined Erstad & Riemer, P.A. as a law clerk in 1991 and became an attorney upon his admittance to the bar.

Thomas enjoys coaching his children in youth sporting activities. He is also an avid downhill skier and scuba diver.
